The data room opens behind a Cloudflare Access gate: an access code sent to an approved email address, no password to keep. It will hold:

the two-page memo: the ask, the structure, the use of funds
the model in dollars: capex, working capital, the three throughput scenarios, price sensitivities, the repatriation line
the entity documents and the site option
the machinery quotes
the off-take letters of intent
the accelerator record

Nothing is in the room yet. The package is built with CIRKUL once the plan starts.
